Sarah Del Monte of Fredonia has been named an accountant at the Jamestown office of certified public accounting firm Buffamante Whipple Buttafaro (BWB) P.C., according to Kristy Zabrodsky, CPA, a partner in the CPA firm’s Jamestown office at 100 E. Fifth St.

At BWB, Del Monte has corporate responsibilities in the areas of compiling, reviewing, and auditing financial statements along with general tax work assignments, Zabrodsky pointed out.

Del Monte earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting in May from the State University of New York at Fredonia. She graduated magna cum laude. Prior to this, she graduated from Forestville Central School.

BWB maintains offices in Jamestown and Olean.
